Nicolas Chery - Associate Vice President
Nicolas Chery recently graduated with honors from a joint Master's program at the ESSEC Business School in Paris, France and Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a Specialized Master's Degree in Strategy and International Business with a specialization in Finance, and has also successfully passed his Series 7 and 63 exams.
Prior to joining The Curran Group, Nicolas worked as a consultant at Alcimed, a management consulting firm in Paris, France. During his time there, he conducted comprehensive strategic analyses for major industry players such as Total, Saint-Gobain PPL and Parex Lanko, significantly influencing their decision-making processes.
While in engineering school, Nicolas also contributed his expertise to conduct fundamental research on the synthesis of nano-sized molybdenum trioxide to be used in the composition of thermite for a French-German military research laboratory. His work contributed to a significant scientific breakthrough in this field.
In addition to his Business degree, Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Applied Materials from the European Engineering School of Chemistry, Polymers and Material Sciences (ECPM). He is also an accomplished athlete, having practiced Judo for the past 18 years and his passion for the sport has led him to place 2nd and 3rd at International Championships. He is also an avid Rugby player.
Nicolas is in charge of the Private Equity/Venture Capital business practice at the Curran Group, and also contributes to developing the expansion of the company's influence in Europe, Asia and the Middle-East. |
