Career Consulting Services
Professionals represented by The Curran Group will receive career consulting services via the following process:

  • Initial interview with Curran Group consultant to determine candidate's    professional background, geographic preferences, career aspirations
  • Presentation of potential career opportunities to candidate including size    of company, financial ratings, organization direction and strategy, job    responsibilities, organizational hierarchy, promotional opportunities,    management philosophy, working environment and chemistry fit,    geographic location, compensation and benefits package

  • Submission of resume to potential employer after candidate's pre-approval

  • In-depth preparation of candidate for our client's interview process

  • Candid feedback to candidate regarding outcome of interview

  • Scheduling of on-site interview

  • Debriefing of candidate after interview, including final discussion regarding    compensation expectations and/or other concerns

  • Feedback to candidate regarding outcome of interview

  • Offer negotiations, including salary, benefits package

  • Extension of offer and verbal acceptance of offer

  • Determination of start date

  • Receipt of client's offer of employment letter

  • Resignation preparation and assistance

  • Transition assistance from former employer to new employer
