as a team we analyze your company’s hiring needs.
- Define the ideal candidate’s skills and personal
characteristics.
- We discuss in detail
your corporate culture and working environment.
- We determine the challenges and opportunities faced within
your business as well as the industry.
- With this information, we prepare a written profile of
the position(s) specification outlining the qualifications
required of the candidates and the criteria for success.
Research and Candidate Identification
- We begin our search
to identify qualified candidates using our extensive professional
network, 12,000 person industry qualified database, direct recruiting
and other sources.
- We contact, interview, and evaluate candidates who meet
the search criteria
- Qualified candidates are then presented to your company
with frequent reports of progress on our candidate search.
Candidate/Client Interviews
- Facilitate the scheduling of the initial interview as
well as all follow up interviews.
- The Curran Group contacts both your company and the candidate
after each interview to get feedback for both parties.
Completion of the Search
- Throughout the recruiting process, the consultant assists
in salary and compensation negotiation, and any other
issues that may arise ensuring a smooth transition into
your organization.
- The consultant then stays in contact with the placed
candidate to support the successful integration in your
company's team/organization.
