Research and Candidate Identification

  • We begin our search to identify qualified candidates using our extensive professional network, 12,000 person industry qualified database, direct recruiting and other sources.

  • We contact, interview, and evaluate candidates who meet the search criteria

  • Qualified candidates are then presented to your company with frequent reports of progress on our candidate search.

Candidate/Client Interviews

  • Facilitate the scheduling of the initial interview as well as all follow up interviews.

  • The Curran Group contacts both your company and the candidate after    each interview to get feedback for both parties.

Completion of the Search

  • Throughout the recruiting process, the consultant assists in salary and compensation negotiation, and any other issues that may arise ensuring a smooth transition into your organization.

  • The consultant then stays in contact with the placed candidate to support the successful integration in your company's team/organization.
