The firm also provides public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions support to emerging and middle-market companies.  They are looking for Managing Director of investment banking with specific expertise within the Insurance sector.  The Managing Director is responsible for generating ideas and identifying opportunities that result in Corporate Finance revenues. The MD must conduct business development calls on, perform financial analysis on and handling from start to close a range of Investment Banking transactions for prospective corporate clients including public offerings of common equity, private placements of common and preferred equity and merger & acquisition assignments. Candidate must have significant experience in the insurance sector.

Seeking a U.S. Healthcare Team in New York.  A strong international investment banking firm based in London is looking to develop a US-centric business and grow a strong Healthcare Team to include a Managing Director (possibly 2), Distribution (Research Sales), and some Research Analysts.  The firm focuses on corporate finance advisory and equity capital raising for small to mid-cap companies and specializes in Renewable Energy, Energy (Oil & Gas), Technology & Healthcare.  The MANAGING DIRECTOR, Corporate Finance is responsible for generating ideas and identifying opportunities that result in Corporate Finance revenues. Senior Equity Analyst – Dallas
A multi-strategy hedge fund with significant AUM ($10 billion), is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the long/short equity team.  Based in Dallas, TX, the ideal candidate has a demonstrative track record of generating alpha producing ideas in a team environment and is comfortable **NOT** being a PM role, but us instead interested in being behind closed doors, away from all the noise, ensuring that no idea – regardless of the industry or sector – goes unnoticed, analyzed and traded if it has the potential to significantly enhance the performance of the fund.  Role requires the ability to dive deep in a company's fundamentals; strong valuations experience is a must.  Although there will be the ability to discuss and help structure trades, the capital allocation and actual management of any and all trades are up to the PM.  Therefore, a succesful candidate will be more interested in picking companies rather than trading.  This is a senior position with at least 7-10 years experience.  You will lead 2 other analysts on the team.

A very prestigious and elite Wall Street WEALTH MANAGEMENT firm is seeking to hire very successful "best of class" Sales and Business Development executives in non-wealth management industries. This includes previously held sales positions in different verticals within financial services, (i.e. Institutional Sales, Banking, Fixed Income, etc.), or other industries such as medical devices, software, etc.  "Best in class" typically being determined by ranking at or near the top of your peer group.  Candidates need to represent a demonstrative record of success in sales with an upward trajectory in their personal income earnings (previous income of at least $250K+ area is most always required and in access of $400K is preferred).  Primary goal in first year is to build a referral network amongst influential intermediaries to the wealthy, i.e. CPA firms, Law Firms, PE firms, etc.  Establishing connections and the respect of a referral network is the key to long term success.  A successful candidate will also demonstrate the following core competencies:  Boardroom Presence - Candidate should be very polished and possess a certain level of "gravitas" or boardroom presence; Entrepreneurial, high work ethic; Comfort and skill at networking; and Ruthless time allocation and organization skills.
